Kabonera Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Society Limited (KACOFA COOP) is a dedicated group of farmers from Kimaanya - Kabonera Division in Masaka City and its surrounding areas, focused on coffee farming, collective coffee bulking, and processing. Our mission is to enhance market access and provide genuine farm inputs, ensuring that our members thrive. Founded in 2002 as an association, KACOFA COOP was established to amplify farmers' voices, empower them with bargaining power, and facilitate access to finance and sustainable farming practices. We prioritize value addition and provide training through the Farmer Ownership Model to promote sustainable coffee farming. In 2014, we transformed into a cooperative society, solidifying our commitment to our members and the community. Today, we continue to strive for excellence in coffee production while nurturing relationships that support the livelihoods of our farmers
